Hi there, we've been lurking for a while now and wanted to introduce ourselves.
We create 3d work which mostly focuses on this theme. On our website we describe it as follows :

What's the format of the chapters when you put them on patreon? do you upload a pdf with the text and images, or do you just make each chapter a text post within patreon, and embed the images? Hey there, we make our work available in 2 formats on Patreon.
As you mentioned, one of those is in the form of a post, with the images embedded in each post made. These can only be accessed while online and as a member of our Patreon.
The second format is in ren'py, which packages the chapters so that they could be viewed in Visual Novel format. While viewing it this way, you see the images in full HD with the text appearing below them.
Members of our Patreon can download these chapters and view them at their leisure offline and in full screen.
You can see some more of the benefits of accessing chapters in ren'py by checking out the info under our All Access Members Tier, available to everyone on our Patreon page.
Each chapter is around 17-26 images and 1700-2800 words long, and at the moment we do 2 chapters a month. (sometimes 3, we have been gradually increasing the amount of work we do each month)

Hi, thanks for asking before pledging, that's the best thing to do if you're not sure and we always encourage it.
On bank statements, it should only show as 'Patreon' followed by the amount. Our name would not be included, but you can confirm with Patreon support if you would like extra confirmation.
Regarding your note on story details, we do agree that our chapters sometimes come across that way. This is because most of our time has to go towards creating and rendering the images.
We tend to forego descriptive elements and the like, and rely on the images to convey the message when possible and contribute a bit to detail in the story. So in the case of the sex scenes where we usually feature multiple images, we would provide a light narrative and allow the images to do the rest.
Given that we don't have much time to write, we prioritize telling parts of the story that were not depicted through the images. In the future, we may hire a writer to focus on the story while we do the images, but we can't guarantee that will happen anytime soon.
To answer your other question, none of our stories have spotlighted anything particularly rough in that department, and if that's a dealbreaker, we would advise against pledging.

Have you ever thought of branching into other fantasies, or are you sticking with the cuck/bully fantasy? I feel like mind control stuff is popular with 3D content (not sure why it's more popular than in 2D, to be honest) so there might be an opportunity there.

We would like to explore other cuckold related themes in our stories at some point.
We don't want to do mom and bully pairings in all of our future stories because that might get boring..and there are certainly other cuckolding scenarios that we can write about.
Our main concern at the moment is what we can and can't do on Patreon.
For instance, we've been wanting to incorporate more femdom situations into our stories, but given that the characters in our already existing stories are mostly moms, something like that might be problematic.
We feel like MC as a theme would pose a problem on Patreon, although we have seen other creators do it.
That aside, it's not a theme that we have any particular interest in. We also imagine that it would require some sort of fantasy setting to accomplish, which we currently have no experience doing.
If we ever get to the point where we're doing well enough, we would love to release content independently of Patreon. That way we could more openly ask our members what they would like to see in our stories.
Having someone to write for the themes that members want to see would also be a huge asset, since we currently could only do a somewhat decent job if it's a theme that we happen to enjoy.
One request that we get often is for vanilla incest content, which is something that we're actually very interested in, but can't do on Patreon.
