Well the top 2 are easy for me: Conflicted for the mom's corruption and Nature versus Nurture for the maledom/femsub. After that, there aren't any I like nearly as much... https://www.literotica.com/s/bully-came-to-dinner is pretty good though.

RMDexter Bullies Black, even though it has ended on a cliffhanger at the moment and has been a while since last update.

I don't really have something to fill the number three slot. A lot of stories are either to short to have staying power, or were abandoned partially finished. some look like they have potential but never played up the bully part enough to not be just milf fucks younger guy.

Nebic is frustrating at times. His build up is great, flat out amazing but it sometimes leads to a quick and disappointing ending. Meaning his sex scenes could be longer.
I can't handle the snuff either. Nothing turns me off faster. To each his/her own. But most of you I am sure have read his stuff. Much of it is very good. He has a great older story called Betrayed by Everyone but there are two versions. The one on his site is the shorter. There is an expanded version out there. I have no idea why.
