I like the idea of an older mother (50-60+) taunting her adult incel son (25-30+) with her sexuality to motivate him to do better. Maybe sending him pics of her having sex or "accidentally" getting caught having sex with her boyfriends when he's at home. Maybe she sends him a pic of her getting spit roasted with the message "Lost your virginity yet?"

Sounds so unrealistic it's silly more than hot. Him accidentally catching her getting plowed by some young punk would be way hotter.

Sounds like a great idea for a short story. The woman in my avi Danica was in her upper 40s/lower 50s in the pic, so women can still be hot even at that age. The young punk thing is a must as monkeycow said. I will definitely consider this for a brutal byte in the future.
Tbh most of the sons in my stories are "incels" unless stated they are sexually active, but the older incel thing is definitely new.
