I liked the female bully, it's an interesting twist. But everyone's going to have their own kink, I'd prefer not to dive into the prostitution to teachers but that's just less of what I'm interested in. It was written well, introducing the teacher beforehand at the school meeting and everything.
The only real flaws I think were more grammar issues, proper names not being capitalized and punctuation being off. But the story is solid, maybe just try going over it and proofreading to fix up errors.
