A sloppy white backpacker visits a rural Indian town. His visit is seen as a huge deal, and he ends up staying with a timid young man and his domineering mother.
A white foreign exchange student visits Japan and starts pushing the limits of what he can get away with with the mother and daughter, since the family is too awkward and shy to stop him.
A fantasy story where the great hero is coming to stay at the village on his journey to defeat the Demon King. His sexual needs must be met, otherwise he'll have trouble fighting. Of course, this means he gets to choose the most beautiful woman of the village. Her poor son is tasked with preparing his mother for her night with the hero, choosing all of her clothes and makeup and accessories, then attending to them during the act.
Maybe I'll make a poll or something.
