Ideally...lets see.
Mom would have to be hot, exaggeratedly hot is fine, but she should be conservative. Really sitcom housewifey. She doesnt swear or wear any particularly revealing clothing (at least visibly, maybe she wears sexy stuff underneath for dad or something.) Very sweet natured and supportive. not dismissive of her son. Maybe naive but not dumb.
Married is fine, but single sets up one of my favorite kinks.
Son is teenaged. Preferably an age where he doesnt have a lot of independence, and he completely undeserving of any humiliation. Not a wimp. No tiny weener. Just a deeply, DEEPLY unfortunate victim of cruelty. Definitely not into being bullied or cuckolded.
Bully is younger. Preferably an age where he should have even less independence, but at least a whole year younger. The idea is that he's neve r actually had to be dependent on anybody. Somehow he has money, he gets places, he does what he wants, and has the freedom of a grown up. He's also a cruel, sadistic, asshole.
Bullying should be merciless and specific. Humiliating. Ugly.
Mom isnt okay with this, but when she confronts the monster picking on her little angel, she finds herself atteacted to this unapologetically horrible boy. She should be torn, but ultimately give in, allowing more and more degrading sex acts over a series of discrete meetings. She explores herself, trying out new degrading words for herself (learning to say "tits" instead of "breasts" for example)
His influence should be visible. new, more revealing clothes, more obvious makeup, possibly a tattoo or piercing, but there relationship is secret as she becomes more enamored by him an more contemptuous of her son, whose needs are perfectly reasonable, but hinder her happiness.
Id like for the two to eventually "come out" to her son, with her making the bullies place as the male authority figure in their family some degree of "official". (" now sweetie, make sure you do everything he tells you at school today. You wouldnt want him to have to swirly you again. ")
And especially when this entails having to call the bully "dad" or similar, or mom referring to him as "your father".( "But mom, I cant do BOTH our homework!" " Listen to your father dear. ")
It sounds even more contrived than usual for this kind of story, but the idea is that it would develope slowly and at least sort of naturallistically.
