Thank you! I appreciate you taking the time to say so. I have a lot of stuff I have done. Clutterbuck: I believe author's note is weighted heavier than is the memory box. The square brackets are for when you want the AI to have some information but you don't want it to read it like it's part of the story. It's a way to give the AI something like stage directions.

@Uglyfucker: a quick tip that really improved NovelAI for me is using author's notes. Before you start writing, make a quick author's note in square brackets with a plot synopsis. Something like:
[plot: a young man struggles and fails to defend his gorgeous stacked Latina single mom from the sexual advances of his white bully]
Style note's like: [author's style: pornographic, netorare, comedy, x, y, z] also help.
These notes will reduce the amount of steering you have to do. The AI will know the direction you want to go. Anything in square brackets gets fed to the AI but not as text of the actual story.
For image generation, I started out using NAI but have moved to mage.space and find it much better. It's basically a web app for running Stable Diffusion. Where NAI has three models, mage currently has 80 and can do every drawn style you can imagine plus true photorealism. Plus it's a flat $15/month without the anlas gimmick that NAI has. And it's also full nsfw capable. I recommend it.

I think your mom made you overidentify with her needs when you were young as a way to control you and keep you in line because she didn't know how to bring you into manhood. She may not have known she was doing it, and probably didn't have a better option. But ultimately for you, your focus should be healing the wounds she afflicted on you and moving forward with your life. You're young. Find a job, a mentor, learn skills. Forgive your mom. She was just a child herself. But my advice would be to work towards moving past her and making a life for yourself. And be very careful in your relationships with women. Unconsciously you are going to seek out a woman who with whom you will have the same dynamic as with your mom. Good luck.

Since this genre tends to consist of character driven stories, I suggest we make a criteria for people who want to create a character...a sort of character creation sheet for our world's characters. For instance, if someone wants to make a mom, they would need a name, age, physical description, personality description, likes, dislikes, back story, family data, description of their son(s), daughter(s), sister(s), etcetera, etcetera.
It would also be helpful if they suggest a couple or more pornstars they would want to "play" the character in any image captions or gifs someone may create. For example, if I'm creating a pretty blonde bimbo mom, I might suggest a gif maker use Taylor Wane or Victoria Lobov as the character's avatar.
They could also create a short introduction to the character. Perhaps not a full story, but just short descriptive hook to wet a reader or author's appetite for the character and give a feel their space.
Bullies, son's friends, perverts and motherfuckers can be created in a similar way, submitting a profile of the character, and giving their likes and kinks, back story etcetera.
People can also contribute settings such as towns or neighborhoods (that may have a twist to them), or suggest plots or storylines. But, over all, I think we should encourage people to fully exercise their creativity and generate content rather than just pitch ideas and expect others to put in the work.
This will give creators a pool of characters and story elements to draw and borrow from to create stories or captions and collaboratively we can make a multiverse of characters, places, adventures and misadventures that will grow with time. It will be up to the readers to decide what is "canon" in their version of the multiverse.
But I think it should start with establishing a character creation process. We should lay out what should be on the "character sheet". Thoughts?

I think Sexstories69 is right about there not being a unified vision among us all. Even in this tiny niche fetish, the diversity of kinks is very broad and I'm not sure there is one story that can please more than a few of us.
To do it collaboratively, I think you need a plurality of storylines that all tie together somehow, like Sexstories69 suggested. That way you can have moms of different ages, races, body types, personalities, and story arcs. As far as a medium to work in, idk. Written stories would probably be the easiest. Some of us can probably illustrate but it is very labor intense and takes a lot of time.
