What's more important to you? Becoming a better writer or just having your ideas come to fruition? For me I go for commissions while giving the writer lengthy specific outlines, basically a story in of itself. But I prefer commissions because I get my ideas thrown back at me with a fresh take from a different writer. But I know commissions can be expensive so it may not be the route for everyone. I'm saving a lot of money taking a break from getting them.

Not to take away from the OP but what are some writers you have used in the past? I would love to commission one of my ideas as well.
