I have two recommendations (one is technically a series of 3 books).

The Babysitter, I really wasn't expecting much from this story but it is super hot. This 18 year old's (his name is Charlie) mom broke up with her husband when he cheated on her with a much younger woman. And, as a physical manifestation of their marriage and his masculinity, she now basically hates and distrusts her son. So while she's leaving for the evening she decides she can't trust him alone and calls a babysitter recommended to her by a friend. The babysitter is another 18 year old girl, Clarissa, who in addition to being one of the more popular and hot girls in school, is the girlfriend of our main character's bully.
She instantly clicks with the mom, and sees firsthand the extent of the mom's dislike for the boy, which mostly revolves around extreme levels of punishment for minor things. We also see the boy's arousal at certain aspects of his life, notably his mom humiliating him. Clarissa picks up on this, too, and the rest of the night is one of exquisite torture for the boy. While his mom gets physical with him (slapping him), this doesn't get into extreme pain or anything and mostly doubles then quadruples down on the humiliation. Trevor, the bully doesn't make a physical appearance but he pops up a lot in Charlies' fantasies.
I really can't recommend it more. It's pretty cheap (and on sale right now for like $2.25) but entirely worth it.

I don't quite recommend this, I personally found it not that sexy, like there was sex but it was sort of just there. But tastes differ, and the other one didn't have standard sex and I loved it. Plus I like it when our fetish is mixed with others, and in this case that's bodyswapping (and mind control). But in this case the story focuses more on the body swap and mind control, and it's divided into 3 parts so you might wait until there's a sale or something (Smashwords has sales a lot).
Brandon, a pretty ruthless but stereotypical villain, manages to gain magical abilities. He uses them to humiliate the main character, Douglas, and his mother. This involves swapping their minds, having Douglas (in his mom's body) be a humiliated sex slave for a bit, interspersed with a quick scene where they take "her" to a strip club to put on a show and finally bring her back home for some more humiliation and making the mom's body fuck the son's. There's a twist at the end.
