I'm not up for starting some childish flame wars
Ok troll.
I studied in Catholic school my whole life. I'm sure "forgiveness", "compassion" and "mercy" is pretty big with Catholicism.
You're half right. Those things are a big part of catholicism but they are not unconditional, far from it.
Basically, it's the difference between
contrition and
attrition, I.e. being sorry about your decisions and behavior vs. being sorry that you were caught or that things didn't go the way you wanted. You cannot repent if you see nothing wrong with your actions. She, like you, see's nothing wrong with her actions which means she deserves no forgiveness, compassion or mercy, at least under catholic doctrine. I'm an atheist but I'm familiar enough with catholicism that I can tell that you are talking nonsense.
The school is wrong
That's your opinion and it is wrong.
Again I'm an atheist and I'm down for this type of thing 100%, but she enrolled her children in a CATHOLIC SCHOOL and then decided to start whoring it up as much as possible. If you do not see the problem here, you are either trolling or legitimately retarded. There is nothing further to say.
