Could a public school suspend a kid for the fact his mother is a whore? Maybe he went to private school, and he got into fights with bullies defending his e-whore mother and got suspended haha.
They probably suspended him cause it's easier than suspending all the kids bullying him.
If you had to choose between suspending 50 kids who you know are little bitches and assholes, or 1 kid who's obviously an innocent victim, which would you pick?
Sure, the 1 kid has done nothing wrong, but it's a lot easier to punish him for causing trouble just by existing, than it is to punish 50+ kids for bullying him for something that's never gonna change, and hoping another 50 don't start on him next week. Constantly protecting the little bastard till he graduates and becomes someone else's issue.
So you kick him out, everyone eventually stops talking about him and gets on with their school work (maybe some of them will keep bullying him outside of school, but that's not your problem) and worst case scenario, his slut mom comes in, flapping her lips and trying to get you to let her son come back to school, and you get to find out how tight her holes are in return for letting him come back (and let's face it, she wouldn't be doing it for his benefit. She's just need him out of the house so she can keep getitng fucked on camera)
