Anyway, if you start to hyper-focus and specialize, that can be very bad as it will cause exactly what you described. You will start to have trouble with things that didn't use to be an issue and it will only get worse if you ignore it. "Xanax" is the brand name of Aplrazolam, a benzodiazepine substance. Benzodiazepines have an extremely high LD50, in other words it's nearly impossible for someone to die of a "xanax overdose" unless they try very hard to do it. I'm talking hundreds or even thousands of unmodified doses in a row and even that wouldn't guarantee death. Your overall point is good, but the last statement is simply wrong.
